Bulbul Kumari No Comments

Established as the City Bank of New York in 1812, the Citibank is probably one of the oldest and most reputed banks in the world. They provide services like credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, personal loans, etc. They are working in 19 countries right now like India, Russia, Poland, etc. and have more than 2649 branches globally. We will here inform you about two of their most used account balance checking inquiry procedures.

Citibank Balance Check

Citibank Balance Enquiry via Missed Call:

To help their customers check their account balance in the easiest way, Citibank has the missed call service. The customer has to register the mobile number first with the bank. After the registration, they can just call to 9880752484, the call will be disconnected in a few seconds and the customer will get an SMS on the mobile with the information regarding his account balance information.

Citibank Balance Enquiry via SMS:

This is another great service provided by the bank. The mobile number registration is required here too. After the registration, you have to type BAL_Last 4 digits of your debit card number and send that to 52484. You will get the information about your account balance via an SMS. You can even get the account statement using this service. To get that, type DUPSTAT_ Last 4 digits of your debit card number and send to the same number 52484. The other ways to check account balance from Citibank include internet banking and mobile banking.
