For any credit card complaint, you can contact a relationship officer as well. If not satisfied you can also mail at the [email protected]. Still, if you feel that the bank failed to satisfy you, in that case, you can call the banking ombudsman a reserve bank official appointed to give a solution to your dissatisfaction with the bank
