Kotak Mahindra Bank offers two ways to register for net banking-

1. Offline method

   1. Fill this form properly
   1. Then submit it into your nearest branch

      Mumbai 400 013
   1. On processing of this, your account of internet banking will be registered.
2. Call Method
   1. Call on 1860 266 2666  or  +91 22 6600 6022
   1. There you have to ask for registration to Internet Banking facility
   1. They will ask some questions which you have to answer
   1. Then your account will be registered within the time limit specified by them.

2. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK NET BANKING GENERATING CUSTOMER ID

You can find your CRN or Customer Relationship Number on Credit/Debit Card, which will be printed below your name. To generate customer Id you have to do as we say.

Following steps needs to be followed –

1. Go to Kotak’s Net banking portal – https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp
2. Find ‘What is my CRN/CIF/Customer ID?’ under CRN field and click it
3. On the next page, enter Customer ID and then fill the captcha
4. Then click submit

This will generate your CRN or Customer ID.

3. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK NET BANKING LOGIN

You can log in through the following steps –

1. Go to Kotak’s Net banking portal – https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp
2. Enter CRN
3. Then enter Password
4. Chose which page you want to go to after logging in.
5. Click Secure Login
6. This will log you in to your net banking account

There is also another method-

1. Go to Kotak’s Net banking portal – https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp
2. Click User Name
3. Enter your specified user name there
4. Then enter Password
5. Chose which page you want to go to after logging in.
6. Click Secure Login
7. This will log you in to your net banking account

There is a third method-

1. Go to Kotak’s Net banking portal – https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp
2. Click Forex Card
3. Enter your forex card number here
4. Then enter Password
5. Chose which page you want to go to after logging in.
6. Click Secure Login
7. This will log you in to your net banking account

4. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK NET BANKING RESETTING PASSWORD OR UNBLOCK ACCOUNT

To change your password if you ever forget it and unblocking account,  you can follow these points-

1. Go to Kotak’s Net banking portal – https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp
2. Find Forgot Password under password section and click it
3. On next page enter CRN or nickname
4. Enter captcha
5. Accept terms and conditions
6. Click “Continue”
7. On the next page, answer your security questions – your choice -any 2
8. Now on the next page, chose password generation method
9. Then a page will appear asking for new password
10. This password is temporary and only 6 digits can be entered
11. On clicking submit, you will receive 6 more digits in your email
12. You have to log in using your CRN and combination of these passwords – Your 6 digit password + 6 digits sent to you in your mail
13. Now you will have to fill dynamic code sent to your email or number
14. Then on continuing, you will be asked to change your password
15. Enter the current password (combination)
16. Then a new password of your choice

This will reset your password and unblock your account.
