About Union Bank : Founded in 1919 and headquartered in Mumbai since 1921, the Union Bank of India is one of the premier banks with over 36000 employees and more than 4200 branches all over the country. 

Union Bank RTGS System and NEFT System

RTGS i.e. Real Time Gross Settlement system and NEFT i.e. National Electronics Fund Transfer are convenient schemes provided by RBI for quick transfer of funds from one account to another. Union Bank also provides these modern facilities to all customers. Union Bank customers can take advantage of RTGS as well as NEFT through their online banking accounts. For those customers who do not possess an online banking account, these facilities are present at their nearest Union Bank branches too.

While there is no minimum or maximum transaction cap on NEFT, for those desirous of using RTGS facility must note that Rs. 2 lakh remains the minimum floor amount for any customer transaction.

Union Bank provides RTGS facility from 7 AM to 17.45 PM on weekdays as well as Saturdays, except the second and fourth Saturdays of every month. Similarly, it provides NEFT facility from 8 AM to 6.30 PM on weekdays as well as Saturdays, barring the second and fourth Saturdays that are holidays.
