There are two processes for checking the balance, SMS and missed call. Both the processes are mentioned below in details.
Missed Call Process to Check Account Balance:
You can know your balance with just a missed call from your registered mobile number. You have to give a missed call to 08130081300. After disconnecting the call, you will get an SMS in 5 seconds with the details like Package Name, Balance, Base Package, Monthly Rental, Last Recharge, Top-up rental, and the number of connections you have.
SMS Process to Check Account Balance:
To Check the balance of your Airtel DTH account via SMS, you have to send an SMS, BAL_ Customer ID and send this SMS to 54325 from any mobile number. You will get the information about your balance. If you want to check the balance from your registered mobile number, send BAL to 54325 from your registered mobile number and the balance details will be sent to you. To get more information on your Airtel DTH, you can send SMS, INFO to 54325 and you will get a message with information like Plan Type, Balance, top-up, the status of the connection, and the due date of recharge.
