How to Check Reliance Digital TV (DTH) Account Balance by Missed Call & SMS

A subsidiary of Reliance Communications, Reliance Digital TV is one of the leading DTH operators in India. The DTH service was launched in India in the August of 2008. They earned a whopping customer base of 1 million in just 90 days after their launch. No other DTH operators had done this before. They have the MPEG-4 technology and provides more than 250 channels to their customers. Earlier when the service started, it was named Reliance Big TV but later they changed the name to Reliance Digital TV. If you are using the Reliance Digital TV and want to use uninterrupted service, then you should recharge it in time. To do that, you have to know the balance. Reliance Digital TV provides different ways to check the account balance. The processes are mentioned below for your help.

Reliance Digital TV Balance Check

Missed Call Process to Check Account Balance:

There is no exact number for giving a missed call to check balance but there are a couple of numbers to call and check your balance. You can call on 1860-200-6666 or 1800-200-9001 (toll-free) to know your account balance.  You can know the details like Balance, Base Package, Monthly Rental, Last Recharge, and Top-up rental on the call. You can also manage your usage by just logging in to your account online on the website of Reliance Digital TV. You can follow the link too https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/myaccount.html.

SMS Process to Check Account Balance:

For checking the balance there is no SMS process as you can check it either by visiting the website or calling customer care. Though you can recharge your Reliance DTH account with the SMS process. For that, you have to send an SMS, RC_ Smart Card Number_ Voucher PIN and send it to 554546.
