HDFC Bank Home/Personal Loan Customer Care Number, Complaint Email

HDFC bank has one of the widest range of services and banking products for the customers in India. They have a very dedicated customer service who help in sorting out any such problem regarding the loans. The customer service executives are highly qualified and very polite while talking with customers. Other than calling you can send your queries via email at [email protected] too.

For the major cities in India like Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, the customers can contact at 6160-6161. But while calling they must have Telephone Identification Number (TIN), Customer Identification Number (CIN), or ATM or Debit Bearer Card with them so that they can answer the verification questions asked by the executives. The customer care is open on all days from 8 am to 8 pm. People other than those cities can call the toll free number 1800-22-4060.

If there is a query which is not resolved, you can contact the grievance redressal officer. For that you have to call at 022-28569303 from Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. If you have some problem for more than 30 days and the bank is unable to solve, you can go to the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India directly for redressal.

Since its incorporation in 1994, the HDFC bank has provided a wide range of retail banking and wholesale services in the country and it is still going strong without much problem and maintaining the trust of people.
